Rental Terms:

The Rental Term shall start when the Equipment is picked up by the Lessee. A full Rental Day starts at 7am and ends at 7pm. If the Equipment is rented after 1pm, the Rental Day will end at 7pm the following day. If the Equipment is returned after 7pm the Lessee will be charged an additional full day Rental Fee.

Upon pickup, the Lessee and Lessor will agree on the length of the Rental Term. The “Rental Term” runs from when you accept the Rental Equipment until the “Rental Return Date” shown on your receipt, If you want to keep using the Rental Equipment beyond the Rental Return Date, you must contact the Lessor before the end (7pm) of the Rental Return Date. A new receipt will be provided for the additional term and fees.

Rental Fees:

The fees for any and all Equipment rented will be according to the advertised Rental Rate for the agreed upon Rental Term. Rental tax is included in the advertised Rental Rate. No deposits are required and no late fees.

Failure to Return:

If the Rental Equipment is not returned in addition to no contact to the Lessor being within 3 days past the Rental Return Date then the Rental Equipment will be considered lost/stolen and Lessee will be responsible for unpaid Rental Fees and any expenses incurred by the Lessor in retrieving/recovering the Rental Equipment. If the Rental Equipment is not recoverable, the Lessee is responsible for the replacement cost of the Rental Equipment.

Liability:

You (the Lessee) accept and acknowledge for use, either personal or commercial, the Rented Equipment to be in good working condition. The Lessee accepts full financial and liable responsibility for the use and return of the Rented Equipment in the same good working condition (normal wear and tear excluded).

You (the Lessee) accept full financial and liable responsibility for any damages or harm caused by the use of Rented Equipment to persons or property. 

You agree to release and hold harmless the equipment rental facility, it’s employees, owners, affiliates, agents, officers, directors, the equipment manufacture’s, distributor’s and their successors in interest ( collectively Provider’s ) from all liability for injury, death, or property loss and damage which results from the equipment user’s participation when using the Equipment being rented or which is related in any way to the use of this Equipment, including all liability which results from the negligence of Providers or any other person or cause.

You further agree to defend and indemnify Providers from any loss or damage, including any that results from claims or lawsuits for person injury, death and property loss and damage related in any way to the use of this Equipment.

This agreement is governed by the applicable law of this state or province.  If any provision of this agreement is determined to be unenforceable, all other provision shall be given full force and affect.
